Plantation Company, Limited, of the other part, as follows:-The said
covenants, agreements, and stipulations hereinafter entered into by the said W. STEWART, doth hereby promise and agree to and with the said W. STEWART, his executors, administrators, and assigns, in manner and form following,
that is to say:-
1.-That he, the said

And in consideration of the agreement herein contained on the part of the said
